Construction on the Montana Samara Community Center starts in early 2009.

The Community Center will be built with an open air concept for the main salon area. It will consist of a commercial style kitchen, with an Indoor/Outdoor Restaurant that can also be used to conduct classes of Yoga, Thai Chi, Massage, etc. The kitchen, restaurant and bar area can be used by residents through scheduling with the administration office.

The Community Center will have suites for use by guests of residents or prospective buyers, it will also have an administration / rental office as well as a workout and exercise room.

The Recreation area will have a swimming pool with tables for dining and socializing, a tennis court, green areas for volleyball, croquet, and lush tropical gardens.

Montana Samara Estates is itself a beautiful natural sanctuary. The community will have hiking trails along the creeks and rivers with huts, platforms and land sculpted areas for nature observation, massage and yoga, or really… whatever you want it to be.
